As many organisations know, at the end of 2022 Microsoft announced the termination of their Silver and Gold Partner Competencies in favour of their new Solutions Partner designations. We had proudly been recognised as a Microsoft Gold Partner for a number of years, but the new designations provide the opportunity for partners to continue to highlight their field of expertise and we were excited to display our capabilities, once again, through this new program.
To earn this status, companies must demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, as well as a commitment to providing customers with the best possible experiences. These designations also provide reassurance to clients that Microsoft partners have the proven abilities and experience in their chosen fields. With this status, we have access to a wealth of resources, tools and support from Microsoft, all of which will be part of the value we deliver to our clients.
